Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation related to technical systems and processes. A major focus will be managing and completing security questionnaires for our clients by gathering and validating information across departments. You'll also help streamline documentation processes by developing templates and standardized content for future use.

What you will do

• Manage and complete client security questionnaires by collaborating with internal teams to gather detailed responses.
• Develop templates and standardized responses for frequently asked questions.
• Create technical documentation such as user guides, process manuals, and FAQs.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to translate complex information into easy-to-understand content.
• Edit, proofread, and ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards.
• Update and maintain existing documentation to reflect changes in systems or processes.
• Conduct in-depth research to support technical and compliance-related documentation.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with best practices in technical writing and security documentation.
