Senior Proposal Analyst
You will be a Senior Proposal Analyst, responsible for developing, planning, and scheduling proposals in accordance with estimating policy, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) requirements. Our team delivers exceptional proposal development and pricing strategies to drive business growth and success.
As a Senior Proposal Analyst, you will shape, develop, and mature business case analyses and cost methods to create a comprehensive bid / price strategy. You will act as the estimating lead on proposals, compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop proposals in accordance with Request For Proposal (RFP) specs. Your responsibilities will include :
- Developing and implementing initiatives to increase profitability and cash flow
- Compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements to develop proposals
- Coordinating with functional departments to collect cost, scheduling, and performance elements
- Performing financial modeling and analysis, including rate studies, business case development, and cash flow analysis
- Presenting analyses and recommendations to leaders and participating in contract negotiations

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.MFC systems (EFS / SAP / ProPricer) and processes to include : EPP preparation and presentation, BOE Development and Generation, RAC review process, Proposal strategy and analysis, Cost volume preparation, Review of RFP requirementsAbility to multi-taskAbility to lead proposal activity from RFP through negotiations / certificationProactive self-starterThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
