Performs a variety of complex law library support tasks for managers, supervisors, judges, and county departments which may include: providing complex reference service, filing, preparing and processing documents and/or records, researching and resolving complex problems/issues, balancing accounts, delivering books to other departments and assisting with print and electronic resources.
Management Scope: May act as group/team lead under a manager or supervisor.
Education, Experience and Training: Education and experience equivalent to an Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or in a job-related field of study. One (1) year of work related experience.
Special Requirements/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Skilled in the use of standard software applications. Ability to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing, and establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, departments and the general public.
Physical/Environmental Requirements: Standard office environment. May require prolonged sitting, standing, walking, and the ability to lift and carry files, boxes, and other materials up to 25 lbs., unassisted.
