At Seniors Helping Seniors® Temecula Valley , we believe in pairing compassionate, experienced adults with seniors who need support to remain safe, independent, and connected in their own homes. As a locally owned and licensed Home Care Organization (HCO# 334700249), we’re proud to serve the communities of Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Wildomar, French Valley, and Sun City / Menifee .

We’re looking for experienced senior caregivers (age 40+) who are :

Already registered as a Home Care Aide (HCA)

Experienced in working with clients living with dementia

Immediately available to begin working

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Fluent in Spanish or a second language (preferred, not required)

Day-shift availability

Responsibilities May Include :

Providing personal care : bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding

Supporting mobility and transfers safely

Offering companionship and emotional support

Preparing meals and assisting with feeding as needed

Performing light housekeeping and laundry

Providing transportation to appointments, errands, and social outings

Assisting with medication reminders

Observing and documenting changes in physical, mental, and emotional health

Supporting seniors with dementia-related care needs and memory prompts

Encouraging safety, dignity, and independence in all interactions

What We Offer :

Flexible scheduling with local clients

A supportive, respectful team environment

Pay at $17 / hour and $16.50 / hour for training (if needed)

Matches based on compatibility and preferences

Assistance with the onboarding process, including TB screening and background check

Minimum Requirements :

Registered HCA with the California Department of Social Services

At least 1 year of caregiving experience (professional or family caregiving)

Reliable transportation , valid driver’s license, and up to date registration

Clear background check and current TB test

Ability to speak and understand English clearly

Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, kneel, reach, and assist with mobility tasks
