We are looking for a versatile Creative Operations Associate to join our growing team. This role combines graphic design, customer service, and operational support with project management and technology skills. The ideal candidate is creative, collaborative, and resourceful, with experience working on licensed properties and following brand style guides. If you are a self-starter who enjoys both design and operations — and are curious about emerging tools like AI — this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in a dynamic e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
Create, adapt, and edit visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Work with licensed properties and adhere to brand style guides (Disney, Marvel, etc.).
Support product development and marketing initiatives with designs, mockups, and print files.
Operate and prepare files for large format printing (banners, cutouts, signage, packaging, etc.).
Provide excellent customer service by managing inquiries, troubleshooting, and supporting orders.
Contribute to project management by tracking timelines, deliverables, and cross-team coordination.
Use Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) for reporting, scheduling, and communication.
Support e-commerce operations, including product uploads, listings, and digital asset management.
Assist with data integrations across internal systems and third-party platforms.
Participate in team brainstorming sessions, offering creative and operational input.
Explore and test emerging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance creativity.
Assist with physical production and shipping, with ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Experience working with licensed properties and brand style guides.
Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
Self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Crafty, resourceful, and comfortable with hands-on tasks.
Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Curious and eager to learn new technologies, including AI.
E-commerce platform experience (Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, etc.) a plus.
Familiarity with data integrations and workflow tools is highly valued.
Experience with large format printing processes and materials is a plus.
