Job Summary
The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) is responsible for profitable sales of the company's swimming pool components and pool accessories, inclusive of a broad product line of fiberglass pools, vinyl pool kits, vinyl pool liners, steps, safety covers, and automatic swimming pool covers and services in the territory. The TSM prioritizes consistently maximizing and increasing market share through existing distributors and dealers, as well as new dealer acquisition.
Some of What You Will Do :
Maintain and manage existing accounts; aggressively solicit new accountsMeet or exceed sales goals while maintaining an acceptable profit marginRoll out, monitor, and report on sales programs & results to management on a weekly basisServe as the local market expert by staying abreast of business drivers, conditions and trends applying the knowledge to focus efforts and to bring forth ideas and opportunities to the RSMMaintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) data accurately and timelyDevelop sales forecasts and maintain an opportunity pipeline in Sugar CRM toolEducate dealers on the use, sale, and installation of our products and servicesDevelop strong, professional relationships with all major accounts and distribution partnersExecute, communicate, and coordinate all sales programs in the regionGather, analyze, and report on all competitive intelligence in a timely manner in the defined geographic territoryParticipate in trade organizations and trade shows as requested by management (company and dealer shows)Other duties as assignedWhat You Bring to the Table (Qualifications) :
Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred; Equivalent experience will be considered5 years minimum of experience in sales and / or territory / customer managementStrong computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, mobile apps and CRM tools (critical)Excellent written and verbal skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, customer relations, service and negotiating skills required. Ability to give meaningful presentations via computer, telephone and in-personStrong time management and territory planning skills required, with experience working independently while being accountable to a larger team; Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work under pressure and remain an effective representative of the CompanyAble to travel up to 75% or approximately 100 nights per year in the U.S.Why should you come work with Us?
