Job description1–2 weekday nights (Monday–Thursday, 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM) 1 in 3 weekends (Friday 7 : 00 PM – Monday 7 : 00 AM) Post-operative patient resuscitation in CVSICU Respond to stat consults and changes in clinical status Assist with emergent OR cases Manage nursing and patient calls from home during call periods Weekend inpatient rounding Perform endoscopic and open vein harvest (EVH) and chest tube placement EVH capability (open and endoscopic) Ability to manage high-acuity cases independently Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience and certifications) Housing and transportation needs covered. About The Position
Seeking an experienced Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery Nurse Practitioner for locum tenens coverage in Dover, DE. Starting January 2026, this role offers a 3–6 month availability with a competitive market rate and ongoing coverage. Open to licensing new candidates!

Schedule :
Four weekday shifts per week :
- Two 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM shifts
- Two 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM shifts
Call coverage :
