Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Validation Engineer specifically focused on Autoclave qualification. The ideal candidate will ensure all automation systems meet quality, functional, and compliance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and assess vendor software specifications.

Implement PLC modifications (2 systems).

Develop SCADA / MCS screens and MCS reports.

Update SQL and OSI PI databases as required.

Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications, Configuration Specifications, SOPs, and DI assessments.

Provide support during Vendor FAT and on-site installation.

Update engineering drawings as needed.

Support system commissioning and Operational Qualification (OQ).

Provide post-OQ hypercare and troubleshooting support as required.

Qualifications & Skills :

5-8 years of experience in automation engineering and validation.

Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA / MCS systems, and database integration.

Experience in functional and configuration specification documentation.

Familiarity with vendor FAT, system commissioning, and OQ support.

Ability to work on complex projects and provide post-deployment support.
