You'll be instrumental in unlocking voices, restoring confidence, and cultivating connections among community members - from the littlest of learners uttering their first syllables to the wise seniors regaining their independence.

Your role here presents a rare chance to make a significant impact across various age groups in a nurturing environment that combines outpatient therapy with the occasional inpatient support. • Perform occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and offer interventions, guaranteeing continuity of care across the treatment journey.
  • Document therapy sessions clearly and promptly, adhering to organizational, state, and federal standards.
  • Engage in ongoing education to remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field through peer collaboration.

  • Preferred : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first month of employment.
  • Skills

  • Expertise in evidence-based treatment approaches across age ranges, with a solid grasp of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to customize therapy techniques to cater to diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
  • Strong clinical judgment paired with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable navigating electronic medical records and adhering to documentation protocols.
  • Benefits

  • Competitive salary reflective of your experience.
  • Flexible scheduling to promote a healthy work-life balance amid varying caseloads.
  • Room for specialization whether you lean towards pediatrics, adult neuro rehabilitation, or geriatrics.

  • A Career That Shapes Lives - Yours and Theirs

In this role, you'll not merely provide speech therapy, but rather become part of a mission deeply committed to restoring voices, enhancing communication, and creating joy in those essential moments where we understand and connect with one another.

You'll join a team of clinicians who treat each other with a familial bond, in an environment that prioritizes collaboration over competition. Every patient brings a unique story to the table; we'll entrust you with the responsibility of how that story unfolds.

Why You'll Adore Living and Working Here

Life in Hialeah offers a vibrant mix of the energetic spirit of Florida living combined with a rich cultural tapestry. Situated in proximity to pristine beaches, lush parks, and a captivating art scene, this area is perfect for those who appreciate the harmony of relaxation and excitement.

Families frequently come together in community parks for live performances and delightful picnics, while outdoor enthusiasts can savor everything from beachside sports activities to leisurely strolls through picturesque trails. The food scene is a feast for the senses, serving everything from crispy empanadas to fresh seafood dishes that reflect the local flavor.

Your creative spirit will thrive amidst the colorful murals and the rhythm of life that courses through every neighborhood. Hialeah boasts significant professional benefits too, from favorable taxes to a supportive healthcare infrastructure ripe with opportunities for career advancement.

Whether you're a fledgling clinician or a veteran professional seeking new challenges, you'll find ample opportunities to grow personally and professionally in this inviting locale.

    Who We're Seeking

We're looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who is driven by compassion just as much as they are by measurable outcomes. Someone who envisions a world filled with self-expression for every child and appreciates the determination in each voice fighting to be heard.

You may be a specialist in pediatrics eager to expand into adult services or a clinician with a knack for neurology yearning to implement early interventions.

Regardless of your background, if your heart is set on serving others with impactful skills, we're genuinely excited to welcome you to our team.

Let's Share The Power of Communication - Together

If you perceive speech as more than mere sounds and therapy as more than a series of tasks - if you believe in nurturing trust ahead of pursuing goals and find joy in every interaction - this may be the next exhilarating chapter in your career journey.

Join us in a community that cherishes communication, connection, and the bravery it takes to start anew. Apply now and let your passion help others find their voices.
