As Hologic continues to grow and evolve as a worldwide leader in women's health, our business increasingly depends on operational capabilities that elevate sales effectiveness and drive accountability. Hologic's Surgical Division is seeking a strategic and motivated leader to elevate our Sales Operations function and deliver exceptional outcomes to the field. The Manager, Sales Operations position will be a critical role in driving success both within the Business Intelligence & Data Analytics team and the Surgical Division more broadly.

This position will lead the end-to-end Sales Operations function, developing strategic imperatives in close partnership with the Surgical Division's commercial leadership, designing the processes and tools to execute on those strategies, and developing staff to improve the depth of insights on outcomes. You will be a critical thought partner to the Vice President of Sales and have direct accountability to high-visibility reporting deliverables around Division performance.

Candidates should have a strong knowledge and demonstrated capability in sales organization design, strategic execution, and measurement tools that drive behavior aligned to delivering Division sales goals.

What to expect :

• Lead the design and strategic alignment of annual sales incentive and compensation plans, focused on driving sales rep behaviors in line with divisional objectives.
• Build and deliver annual quota targets to all sales reps, partnering closely with Area Directors and Regional Managers to maximize growth opportunities.
• Coordinate ongoing updates to master territory management database.
• Manage monthly reporting close processes, ensuring performance results and headcount metrics are completed accurately and timely.
• Communicate monthly sales performance results and insights through executive-level business reviews.
• Oversee changes to compensation, quotas and territory alignments related to headcount movements.
• Coach and develop direct reports in a team-oriented culture.
• Influence organizational awareness and promote accountability around commercial performance KPIs and measurement tools.

What we expect :

Education & Experience :

The annualized base salary range for this role is $102,000 to $170,000 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
