COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS for Family Medicine Physician

Salary Guarantee : Starting at $290,000 based on experience
Bonus Structure : Competitive tiered bonus based on wRVU model

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS

Work in a Hospital Owned Rural Health Clinic

Community Engagement : Opportunity to develop programs through community involvement and outreach

Flexible Schedule : No Nights, Weekends, or On-Call duties

Patient Care : Manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine

Licensure : Missouri licensure required prior to starting
