Position Details

Evening Shift

▪️ Week 1 : 24 hours

▪️ Week 2 : 16 hours

▪️ Includes every other weekend

Pay Range :  $20.20 – $21.85 / hour

▪️ +$1.00 / hour Evening Shift Differential

▪️ +$1.25 / hour Weekend Differential

What You'll Be Doing

As a Resident Assistant , you’ll play a key role in supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, ambulation, etc.)
• Helping with mealtime needs in the dining room and during snacks
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Supporting personal laundry, tidying of rooms, and phone use
• Reporting changes in resident conditions to supervisory staff
• Accurately documenting care in electronic and paper records
• Assisting with admissions, discharges, and post-mortem care, as needed
• Participating in activities and events to engage residents socially
• Promoting cleanliness, safety, and infection control protocols

• Ability to work well under supervision and as part of a team
• Kind, respectful, and patient approach in all interactions
• Reliable, flexible, and able to maintain confidentiality (HIPAA)
• Physical ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents (up to 50 lbs)
• Note : Must be able to meet physical demands and remain calm under pressure in emergency or high-stress situations.
