SCHEDULE : Available schedules for weekday mornings / evenings and Saturday mornings

PAY RATE : $12.00 / hr

The Child Watch Attendant is responsible for directly participating with and ensuring the safety and care of children participating in the Child Watch program.

• Participate with children in all activities and implement character development activities.
• Maintain a clean and safe child watch area to include regular disinfection of toys and furniture.
• Notify supervisor if equipment, toys or furniture are damaged
• Communicate effectively with parents to ensure they are well informed, explaining policies and procedures and maintaining positive rapport.

Must be able to obtain CPR / AED / FA certification (classes provided through the YMCA) and pass a background check. This position is open to candidates 16 years of age and older.
