Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer service to our existing residents and serve as a primary point of contact for prospective residents seeking a new home.Conduct tours of the property and follow up on all leads.Process rental applications and complete required paperwork.Maintain resident and property files.Answer incoming phone calls / emails / texts and respond accordingly.Develop a knowledge of properties and local market conditions and trends.Participate in resident social events and activities.Conduct move-out inspections.Physically inspect the community, pick up litter and report service needs.Perform all duties assigned by the manager or supervisor.Comply with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.Benefits :
