Key Responsibilities of the Interventional Radiology Technologist :

Assist physicians with interventional procedures, ensuring safe and accurate imaging

Prepare and operate imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance

Monitor patient condition and safety throughout procedures

Maintain sterile fields and follow strict procedural protocols

Document all procedures, patient interactions, and imaging data accurately

Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to ensure seamless workflow

Requirements :

Active ARRT certification (VI or CI preferred)

Texas state license (if applicable)

Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience

Current BLS (and ACLS preferred)

Strong technical skills and ability to work in high-acuity settings
