Job description

Account Executive

The objective of the Account Executive - APAC is to bring new business to BambooHR. As an Account Executive, you'll be working with prospective clients to educate them on the BambooHR platform. By building a relationship with these HR professionals, department leaders, and executive leaders such as CEOs, you'll get the opportunity to set people free to do great work. You'll do this by showing the potential ROI BambooHR can provide for their businesses, which will result in converting prospective clients into new clients. We have a proven process for successful B2B SaaS selling, and you'll find that our sales culture is unique (in a good way).

You will :

  • Leverage cultural insights and local market knowledge to tailor sales strategies for the APAC region.
  • Large pipeline coverage and responsible for entire pipeline
  • Extensive and specialized SE and Product Marketing support
  • Contact white-paper leads
  • No travel necessary! Sales are conducted via web conference and phone

What You Need to Get the Job Done :

  • 2+ years of SaaS or other related Sales experience
  • International Sales experience preferred
  • Track record of exceeding expectations
  • A desire to have a successful career in sales
  • Ability to articulate our value proposition to SMB via webinars, online demos, phone, and email
  • Demonstrated collaboration and negotiation skills
  • Great attitude, self-motivated, and a passion for growth
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must be willing to work a 4 / 10 shift schedule with working hours 12 PM-11 PM MST
