Finance Manager

Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Manager will play a critical role in overseeing all plant-level financial operations. The role will be a true Finance Business Partner to the General Manager of the plant. Managing a small team of two, you will lead the financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions to support operational efficiency and strategic decision-making. Main duties and responsibilities include :

• Ownership of cost accounting and inventory accounting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of reporting
• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including variance analysis and KPI tracking
• Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Budgeting, forecasting, and supporting strategic planning activities
• Partnering with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and supporting audit requirements
• Providing leadership, development, and support to the finance team.
