Wesleyan College seeks a Director of Human Resources. This role will serve as the senior human resources officer for Wesleyan College. This role provides leadership and oversight for all aspects of human resources management and employment compliance.
This position is responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and services that support the College’s mission, values, and strategic goals. The Director will supervise the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Payroll Administrator and will ensures the effective management of all human resources functions, including faculty and staff recruitment, budgeting, onboarding oversight, benefits administration, compensation, HRIS, payroll, employee relations, and compliance with all applicable employment laws. This position requires strong strategic leadership and the ability to balance operational effectiveness with compliance, communication, and collaboration across all levels of the institution.
