Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance and emergency service repairs for residential and commercial clients
Monitor and respond to team communications while managing service requests and technician schedules
Collaborate with internal departments and support branch operations teams
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of relevant customer service and scheduling experience
Ability to become proficient in company-specific monitoring center software for CRM and scheduling
Basic technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
Must complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
Able to work from home without distraction using company-provided equipment
