Job description

Position Overview : Join our dynamic Internal Float Pool as a Registered Nurse (RN) and experience a fulfilling career where every shift offers new challenges and opportunities for growth. Rotate between various units including ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.
Adapt to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

What We Offer :

Compensation : Competitive pay ranging from $37.50 to $56.25, with premium pay for night shifts.

Incentives : Sign-on bonus up to $10,000, student loan forgiveness up to $20,000, and tuition assistance up to $7,200.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience required; 2 years preferred.

Current Registered Nurse license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 Fridays, 2 Mondays, and 1 weekend every 6 weeks.
