Shape the flow of materials that power critical operations
From the opening bell at 8 : 00 AM, you’ll help orchestrate the movement of parts and products so customer shipments leave on time and in perfect condition. Working closely with Customer Service, Purchasing, Planning, Operations, and Material Control, you’ll translate system signals into action—picking, moving, packaging, and shipping materials with precision.
Your day-to-day
- Pick materials using a forklift and other powered equipment; verify item accuracy and condition before staging.
- Load and unload trailers; perform safe palletization, labeling, and packaging—covering domestic, international, and dangerous goods (certifications provided when needed).
- Execute physical moves and post goods movements in the ERP; process stock transfers and material requests.
- Replenish production and other assigned areas to keep operations running smoothly.
- Follow established control procedures and policies, and actively contribute to a safe work environment.
- Cross-train across Warehouse Operations, with opportunities to assist in material control, traffic, and other areas as assigned.
Schedule & environment
Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM
Work primarily indoors (approximately 95% inside, 5% outside).
What you'll bring
High school diploma or GED.1+ year of related experience in warehousing, distribution, or similar.Ability to become forklift certified; prior counterbalance, stock picker, and / or reach truck experience is a plus.Comfort with computers and navigating work systems; familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP / WMS preferred.Experience with shipping, receiving, and cycle counting is beneficial.Ability to lift / carry 10–55 lbs continuously; thrive independently and on a team in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Strong, cooperative communication with colleagues, customers, contractors, and vendors; reliable, predictable attendance.Compensation & benefits
