A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in developing and executing Global Account strategies, acting as an advocate for internal and external teams
Lead operational support activities, including customer service changes, contract negotiations, inventory transfers, billing, and issue resolution
Drive business growth and customer loyalty by building strong relationships with key client contacts and identifying new opportunities
Required Qualifications
Over 5 years of experience managing relationships with large and complex clients
Strong knowledge of organizational structure, hierarchy, products, and services on a global scale
Proven ability for self-initiative, proactive problem solving, and maintaining strong interpersonal skills
University degree or equivalent experience, with the ability to speak English
