The Role : Your Opportunity Awaits

As a Rolls-Royce Certified Automotive Technician, you will perform high-level diagnostic and repair work on luxury vehicles. This role is for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding the prestigious Rolls-Royce standard.

Responsibilities

  • Execute repair orders with precision and efficiency in line with dealership standards.
  • Utilize specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to test vehicle components and systems.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair complex automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Effectively communicate technical needs to the Service Advisor to keep customers informed of required services and estimated repair times.
  • Perform all warranty work according to manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

  • Must be Rolls-Royce certified with at least 2 years of proven experience.
  • Advanced-level qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and specifications.
