BASIC FUNCTION
Perform administrative and clerical duties related to the submission of claims and receipt of payment for insurance funded services.
Reviewing session notes for internal auditing programs to ensure compliance with stated policies and agreements.
To ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct second accuracy audit check on sessions notes from RBTs and BCBAs to ensure all necessary information accurately and completed documented.
- Flag any session notes missing required information for review and updating within 48 hours.
- Enter claim information into electronic data entry systems for review and submission by the Senior Billing Specialist.
- In person attendance once per week for one to two hours to assist with the correction or collection of session notes.
- Enter provider billing information in to the Quickbooks accounting system to provide C.E.O.s with up-to-date billing information.
- Maintain a professional office environment and promote a positive image for the clinic.
- Adhere to approved company policies, procedures and philosophies, most critically HIPAA, FERPA, and confidentiality requirements.
- Participate in assigned training opportunities to increase knowledge and expertise in insurance funded ABA services.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Senior Billing Specialists or C.E.O.s.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
EXPERIENCE
Prior experience in administrative and office experience.
