All Star is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to assist with locum tenens coverage in Southwest Pennsylvania. This full-time assignment includes a mix of 12-hour and 8-hour shifts with no call, supporting a supervised anesthesia model across multiple hospital locations.
