We are looking for a driven and skilled Linux Systems Engineer who will support the Integrated Discovery Operations (IDO) program by maintaining and evolving a modern DevOps architecture focused on open-source technology. Join us in optimizing performance and enhancing security while supporting software developers and system upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

• Mission Focus : Develop and maintain operations for a diverse system architecture including servers, virtual machines, and networks. Plan migration strategies to upgrade technology with minimal disruption.
• Technical Proficiency : Manage network administration tasks, secure infrastructure maintenance, and data backups. Monitor vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide effective user support to system developers and analysts, resolving technical issues that arise.
• Keep documentation up to date, outlining network setups, system configurations, and activity reports.
• Deploy and maintain systems like nginx, and monitoring solutions such as OpenVAS, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Maintain knowledge of security frameworks and logging systems.
• Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and 11-15 years of relevant experience.
• Security Clearance : An active TS / SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.
• Desirable Skills : Familiarity with technologies such as Docker, MongoDB, Elastic Search, Ansible, and GitLab.

Pay Range : $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
