Shift Schedule Options : Mon-Thu : 7a-6p (1 hr lunch) - Mon-Fri : 8a-5p (1 hr lunch) - Mon-Thu : 7a-5 : 30p (30 min lunch)

Call Schedule : 1 week every 6 weeks (Mon-Mon) for Southampton Practices only

Weekend / On-Call : 1 mid-level provider (no physicians on-site)

EMR System : EPIC

Documentation Requirements : General Family Practice, Adult Outpatient Care (No ICU / CCU), Age 16+

Trauma Level : NA

On-Site Services : Blood draw

Emergency Supplies : AED

Licensing Requirements : Active Virginia License (or willing to obtain) - Required

Certifications Required : Board Certified in Family Medicine, BLS

Reimbursement : Only mileage reimbursed - provider must be local

ED Backup / Code Response : Not required
