One Cashier Position Available :

Past experience is a must. If this is your first job or you can not work the schedule below please do not apply.

Fixed work schedule with flexibility to swap shifts. We are looking for the following schedule to be covered :

Sunday Day 3 : 00 - 11 : 00 (or until the last person leaves, usually not much later)

Wednesday Night 4 : 00 - 12 : 00 (or until the last person leaves, usually not much later)

Thursday Night 4 : 00 - 12 : 00 (or until the last person leaves, usually not much later)

Friday Night 4 : 00 - 12 : 00 (or until the last person leaves, usually not much later)

Saturday Night 3 : 00 - 11 : 00 (or until the last person leaves, usually not much later)

Pay is $15.00 per hour plus tips.  Tips are NOT Guaranteed.

POSITION SNAPSHOT : Ensures Guests have an unparalleled experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to Guests’ needs.

Brief Summary :   Must be skilled in effectively communicating with Guests in order to generate enthusiasm about The Rustic Inn Crabhouse Experience

• Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food and drinks in an ideal environment.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance. Takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action.
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for all Guest and Staff Members.
• Adheres to company’s sanitation procedures.
• Maintains responsibility for all personal bank and ensures all financial transactions are accurate by operating credit card machines correctly, calculating and returning appropriate change and maintaining adequate cash and coin for making change.
• Ability to stand for 2 hours or longer in a small counter area.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds over the shoulder.
• Ability to carry up to 25 pounds greater than 150 feet.
