We are the US subsidiary of a German-based leading independent producer of crankshafts, "the heart of every engine."

In Europe, we produce crankshafts for Mercedes-Benz, BMW, VW, Audi, Renault, Jaguar, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and many more.

In North America, we produce crankshafts for GM, Ford, Mercury and many more.

We are now expanding our plant to a new 2nd line.

SUMMARY :

Maintenance, servicing, repairing, and overhauling of equipment. Analysis of errors and failures of equipment under application of diagnostic systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Analyze errors and failures of equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic components and electrical / electronic systems by using diagnostic systems.
• Determine the nature and extent of defects and repair damage economically.
• Make suggestions to repair defects and implement the repaired equipment into operation.
• Adjust machine controls.
• Analyze and correct machining programs, position teaching (robot, loader arms, laser).
• Perform test runs and create appropriate documentation.
• Perform maintenance and repair / assembly work.
• Extensions and modifications to plans, drawings, and instructions.
• Determine assembly sequences and procure or arrange procurement of parts.
• Make spare parts, accessories, and auxiliary equipment according to drawing sketches designs or instructions.
• Analyze and eliminate flaws and / or assist in developing solutions to eliminate flaws.
• Measures for efficient maintenance / upkeep and contributes to meet maintenance standards.
• Create new systems and extensions according to predefined plans.
• Instruct apprentices, trainees, and new employees as needed.
• Any and all other duties assigned by the supervisor
