Inventory Control Clerk - Weekend First Shift

Position Summary :

Penske Logistics is looking for a warehouse clerk associate to become part of an excellent team.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who are safety conscious and have a pleasant, outgoing attitude who want to excel in a warehouse environment.

Friday to Sunday 6 : 00am-6 : 00pm

• $20.50 base rate + $1.00 shift differential = $21.50 p / h

Major Responsibilities :

Respond to inventory issues from operators on the floor

Ensuring system count matches physical inventory

Resolve discrepancies at location and pallet level

Look for missing product in storage locations

Update WMS to match physical through various methods / Research and document root cause

Accurately receive inventory

Work with checkers to ensure accurate receipt of inventory

Audit inbound receipts, both physically and through receipt documentations

Data setup and validation

Accurately input required data elements into WMS and various other applications

Audit existing data for inaccurate data

Manage unsalable inventory to resolution

Accurately identify, log, and document potential damage.

Accurately document information on product recalls, including physically segregating as required.

Ensure appropriate signage accurately located in distribution center

Process analysis and documentation

Assist with daily and weekly reports

Assist in development and implementation of special projects and tasks

Other projects and tasks assigned by supervision
