At Sierra, were creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices in Atlanta, New York, and London.
What Youll Do
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents : build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that are central to Sierra's growth and run in production environments across industries like finance, healthcare, and commerce.
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) : own and autonomously manage from initial pilot through deployment and continuous iteration; build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production; establish ADLC best practices.
- Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups : work with leaders at major enterprises to understand business challenges and transform their operations with AI agents at scale; collaborate with startups to embed agents across their business stack.
- Build the future of the platform : collaborate with customers to guide Sierra's core platform evolution, surface unmet needs, prototype tools and features, and shape the future of AI agent development.
