Description :

We are seeking a scientist to serve as the Analytical Lab Operations Coordinator within the Regulatory Analytical Sciences Team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in instrument maintenance, software installation, and working in a regulated laboratory environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Manage routine maintenance of instrument systems, including LC-MS / MS, GC-MS / MS, pipettes, sample prep equipment, and evaporators.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and upgrades with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support LC-MS / MS software upgrades for Windows 11 compliance—coordinate scheduling, upgrades, and validation.
• Order supplies and maintain equipment for method development.
• Perform routine lab support tasks, including :
• Equipment maintenance and validation
• Instrument cleaning and performance verification
• Computer systems validation
• LC-MS / MS batch setup and execution
• Mobile phase preparation
• Follow GLP standards, laboratory safety procedures, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate documentation.
• Prepare standard solutions and maintain GLP records for chemical standards and solutions as needed.
