Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist who is passionate about both patient care and education. This position offers a unique model that blends private practice dentistry with real-world clinical teaching. Providers deliver comprehensive care while mentoring a small group of students (up to four at a time) who gain hands-on training in an authentic private practice setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry
• Mentor and supervise students during live clinical cases
• Collaborate with multi-specialty providers to deliver high-quality, coordinated care
• Utilize state-of-the-art digital technology, including CBCT and 3D printing systems
• Participate in continuing education and digital workflow training

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program
• Active or eligible North Carolina dental license
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Passion for mentorship, leadership, and advancing patient care through education
