Job descriptionMaintain accuracy of all GL account balances and prepare reconciliations for key asset and liability accounts Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting Assist with budgeting and planning by working with business units to develop revenue and expense budgets and review actual results Participate in M&A activities, including building financial models to evaluate EBITDA performance, managing diligence, and serving as a key member of the integration team Support the audit process and provide documentation as needed Partner with leadership to prepare budget reports, variance analysis, and KPIs for business units Participate in ad-hoc projects such as cost savings initiatives, opening balance sheet analysis, and system implementations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field 3-5+ years of accounting experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Title : Senior Staff Accountant
Location : Lutz, FL
Salary : $80,000 - 90,000 with a 10% bonus
