Hand Repair Operator

Evertz USA Inc. is seeking a Hand Repair Operator whose primary duties will include being responsible for performing precise manual repairs and rework on electronic assemblies printed circuit boards (PCBs) and components.

This position is full time 5 / 8 schedule (7 : 00A-3 : 30P) - In Person Only

Located at our Quintech Electronics and Evertz USA headquarters location in Indiana PA!

Additional Duties :

Perform hand soldering and rework of through-hole and surface-mount components.

Identify and repair manufacturing defects including solder bridges open circuits and component misplacement

Inspect and verify assemblies for quality and conformance to specifications.

Utilize magnification tools microscopes and other inspection equipment.

Follow detailed work instructions schematics and drawings.

Maintain accurate documentation of repair and rework activities.

Adhere to company quality standards ESD handling procedures and safety regulations.

Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.

Assist in process improvements and continuous quality initiative

Candidate Requirements :

• High school Diploma or GED
• Experience with soldering de-soldering and inspection process in compliance with IPCstandards
• Strong attention to detail and technical dexterityis required
• 2 years of experience in hand repair rework or assembly within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Be results oriented self-motivated and a team player
• Hours of work : 7 : 00am to 3 : 30pm Monday through Friday
