Corporate Security Manager

Overview

The Corporate Security Manager is responsible for managing physical security operations across our facilities in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, and Panama. This role is responsible for the strategic implementation and management of security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, assets, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate would have a strong background in corporate security, extensive experience managing physical security operations, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and / or Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, Security Management, Emergency Management, Aviation Management, or a similar field of study.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate / physical security operations, including 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• Minimum 2 years of aviation / airline / airport operations-related experience, preferably in a security role, but not required.
