Roles and Responsibilities :
- Use power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
- Services equipment by oiling, greasing, and coolants as required.
- Operate forklift and other basic loading and unloading equipment as required, to move machine chips, and hazardous material.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Ability to perform physical tasks involving bending, squatting, standing for extended periods of time, pushing, reaching and some lifting.Committed to quality service.Displays a high level of initiative, effort and commitment towards completing assignments efficiently. Works with minimal supervision. Demonstrates responsible behavior and attention to detail.Must be willing to work overtime, weekends and Holidays.Ability to fluently read, work and follow instructions in English.Possess a Class C, California Driver’s License.Maintain good driver safety record. (Must provide DMV record annually).Must be a U.S. CitizenAttendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of this position.Preferred Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience :
Four years of general maintenance and repair. Experience on CNC lathe and mills or equivalent combination of experience will be considered.High School Diploma or equivalent.Good communication skills.Good numerical and reasoning ability.Ability to organize tasks and work with others.Please note that this job description is not exhaustive.
