All Star is seeking a Board Certified PM&R physician to assist with locums in Colorado.

Board Certified
PRN Coverage - Wed, Thurs, Fri every week & occasional weekend call; 7a-5p day shift & 7p-5a night call
PM&R : Sports / Ortho - 33%; CNS Rehab - 50%; Medical Rehab - 17%
Average number of patients per day : 14
Active CO license or IMLC
