Pay Information

$300,000 to $320,000 per year

Psychiatry Opportunity in Arizona

Join a growing health system expanding access to behavioral health care across southern Arizona. This is a rare opportunity to shape an integrated outpatient practice while enjoying true work-life balance in a sun-soaked, recreationally rich setting.

Practice Overview

You'll join a not-for-profit, community-focused health system with strong administrative and midlevel support
100% outpatient integrated care model with a focus on access and continuity
Flexibility to treat children, adolescents, and adults in a newly renovated space
No hospital work, no inpatient rounding, and no call

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm schedule

No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities

Low patient volume allows for more meaningful patient interaction

Guaranteed base salary with potential for performance incentives

Candidate Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry

Comfortable seeing a mix of children, adolescents, and adults

Interest in working in an integrated, outpatient-only model
