Social Worker-Project LACES

Clinical program that provides counseling services in Far Rockaway is looking for a high energyLMSW / LCSW / LMHC / LPMHC professional who is interested in providing mental health services for older adults 60 plus. Work scope includes using evidence based, solution focused, behavioral oriented & skill building in which you will be trained and certified to counsel seniors who are challenged by depression, social isolation and anxiety. Treatment modalities will include both individual therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Strong computer skills a must. Excellent supervision, team meetings, and CEU in-service training is provided. This full time positions is based in the Far Rockaway Community and home visits are required.

Salary : $70,000-$75,000
