Security Manager

You will be the Security Manager for Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control Hypersonics Programs primarily focused on the Air Launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW). Your team is responsible for providing multi-disciplined security support and managing internal security compliance and program activities for the ARRW program and other related hypersonic efforts.

As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for managing a security staff and supporting all program level leadership. You will also be responsible for managing all security processes and procedures, including Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, Sub-contractor Management, proposals, and close-outs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing all security processes and procedures across multiple classification levels (collateral secret and SAP)
• Managing a security staff
• Coordinating Security Management, PERSEC, Physical Security, Security Education, and Subcontractor Management
• Developing and managing proposals and closeouts
• Ensuring compliance with security regulations and policies
• Supporting all program level leadership and management
• Serving as the lead / focal point as the ARRW Security operational leader
