United Community Bank is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform daily custodial functions associated with secondary market loans
- Certifying new loans
- Logging new loans and releases
- Filing new notes and pulling files for release
- Assist in custodial reconciliations and note audits as needed
- Receive, review, and update swap notices and models from participating banks
- Post swap loan payments to bases and participations
- Change and review daily index rates
- Update insurance information on core system
- Process insurance premium payout
- Monitor expired and missing insurance lists
- Send loan correspondence to customers
- Assist with answering customer questions and inquiries
- Promptly answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels by proactively participating and contributing to a positive work environment, controlling emotions and temperament, and exhibiting courteous, respectful, and professional behavior at all times
- Maintain familiarity with bank products and services
- Maintain familiarity with all regulatory standards
- Maintain familiarity with and uphold all Bank policies and procedures including policies and procedures related to this position
- Complete all training requirements as assigned
- Other related duties as assigned

Computer Requirements :
