The DPI Digital Adoption Analyst Apprentice plays a key role in driving the successful adoption of new technologies across the organization. This individual contributor role focuses on executing enablement strategies, delivering training, and supporting change management efforts to ensure employees are equipped and confident in using digital tools and platforms. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping others embrace change.

This is a 12-month program and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.

• Deliver engaging training sessions or upskilling activities tailored to different user personas.
• Create and maintain user-centric documentation, including user guides, process flows, FAQs, and best practices.
