Responsibilities

• The Rehab Liaison, Senior is a valuable member of the marketing team and demonstrates clinical experience and leadership to assist all members of the marketing team in sales, marketing, territory, and census development in field-related activities.
• Responsible for census and market development as defined through targeted goals of the business plan and carries an assigned account / territory with emphasis on face-to-face contacts.
• Assist with coordination of referral to admission conversion process and represent the company in community-related activities.
• As a senior member of the marketing team, assist the Business Development Director (BDD) with training, coaching, and other management responsibilities as assigned.
