Requirements

Licensing : An active Illinois Property & Casualty License is required, or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.

Experience : Prior experience in insurance sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. What matters most is a strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
