About the Role
The Medical Laboratory Scientist plays a key role in delivering accurate and timely diagnostic results that directly impact patient care. Working across multiple laboratory sections, you'll perform specimen analysis, collaborate with clinical teams, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency
- Interpret quality control data and take appropriate action when needed
- Communicate critical test results to healthcare providers
- Participate in departmental training, education, and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with pathologists, nurses, and fellow lab professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes
