Your Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Project Manager, reporting to the General Manager, to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, enterprise-level initiatives across our organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities who can align cross-functional teams, manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously, and ensure outcomes are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Enterprise Project Manager will serve as a key liaison between business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders to drive operational efficiency, scalability, and business growth.

What You'll Do :

Lead and manage enterprise-level projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.

Oversee contract deliverables, billing activities, and contract renewal.

Attend weekly customer meetings and provide status reports.

Write software documentation, including Release Notes, updating User Guides, and documentation of high-level requirements.

Participate in Agile and its SCRUM ceremonies with Development.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business units, IT, operations, and external vendors.

Facilitate project governance processes, including status reporting, risk assessments, issue resolution, and executive updates.

Drive stakeholder engagement by effectively communicating project goals, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and project sponsors.

Establish and enforce project management best practices, standards, and tools across the enterprise.

Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring effective issue escalation and resolution.

Oversee change management and adoption activities to ensure successful project implementation and integration into business operations.

Support organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring that projects deliver measurable value and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Experienced in the delivery of projects in an Agile environment for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Experience of other project frameworks such as Waterfall, Lean, Kanban and Agile.
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira or Microsoft DevOps.
  • Experience managing other Project Managers or PMO experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated technical ability to understand systems end-to-end.
  • Enthusiastic, driven, self-motivated with a focus on customer service.
  • Able to work independently, excellent personal organization and able to demonstrate consistently balanced good judgement and logical thought prioritization.
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation, coaching and ability to lead and influence others.
  • Committed to the development of all team members and continuous development of capability within the department.
  • A real interest in problem solving and focused on results.
  • Experience in the use of tools and techniques to facilitate effective project delivery.
  • Able to write clear technical documentation.
  • Exposure to or awareness of all phases of software development projects including analysis, systems design, development and testing approaches.

What You Bring :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration , Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent applicable experience.

5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3+ years managing enterprise-scale or complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Proven experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or business transformation projects.

PMP certification required.

World-class organization and presentation skills.

Highly proficient computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and    Outlook.

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

Must have a home working environment conducive to effective customer-facing and internal meetings, including reliable internet and a dedicated, quiet home office.
