Gastroenterologist Hospitalist in Lakeland, FL

Watson Clinic, a large multispecialty group in Lakeland, FL (just 30-45 minutes from Tampa and Orlando) is seeking a BC / BE GI to join a high-volume group of 6 gastroenterologists as a hospital-based specialist. Proficiency in diagnostic and interventional upper / lower endoscopic procedures required. Preference will be given to specialists who can provide ERCP services in addition to other procedures.

• $540,000+ base with incentive bonus, $25k sign-on, $10k relocation assistance.
• Hospitalist is on call 24 hrs. a day, 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday. Call schedule is negotiable.
• Service to an 864-bed hospital.
• Partnership eligibility after 2 years (Guaranteed salary + bonus for 1

year).
