KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Oracle Global Community to join our Global Alliances Group which is part of KPMG International organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact for global knowledge sharing and practice enablement across KPMG member firms
  • Drive global community engagement strategies, including town halls, newsletters, and win story dissemination to promote Oracle partnership
  • Maintain the internal enablement portal, housing Oracle-related content, case studies, and training updates
  • Manage the Oracle Engagement Tracker tool to monitor wins, certifications, and engagement metrics
  • Collaborate with Oracle Education Team to define training goals, promote certification pathways, and track completions
  • Act as an internal advocate for Oracle solutions, supporting marketing and communication efforts to build awareness
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications :

  • Minimum five years of recent experience in alliance management or a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant years' work experience in Oracle alliance management
  • Proven experience in alliance management with strong program management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Teams, and enablement platforms, familiarity with Oracle Partner Network tools is a plus
  • Ability to work across global time zones and collaborate with diverse teams, self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills

    California Salary Range : $101200 - $215100
