• Commercial HVAC Estimating Experience
• Someone able to perform in a lead role while also act as a Sr. Estimator

Day-to-Day :

The HVAC Estimating Lead will oversee a small team of estimators, ensuring timely and accurate bid execution across multiple projects. This role serves as a hands-on leader, supporting the estimating process from plan review to quote solicitation, while coordinating with internal teams and manufacturers.

Position Responsibilities :

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
